Important Message – HOTEL SCAM ALERT (Beware of Hotel Pirates!)

'Housing Pirates' are companies that phone, fax or email conference attendees, claiming to offer good deals on hotel rooms. They may falsely claim to be affiliated with Novel Trends in Rheology VIII conference (NTR8). If you provide your credit card information to one of these companies (commonly referred to as "housing pirates" or "housing bandits"), your card may be charged and you might not have a hotel room when you arrive in Zlin.

Targeting conference speakers and attendees with a fraudulent travel and hotel booking scheme worldwide was reported as a SCAM designed to obtain your credit card information and/or make phony charges to your credit card.

IMPORTANT!

It has come to our attention that 'Business Travel Management' (BTM) [support@btravelmanagement.com] was contacting one of our invited speaker regarding hotel bookings for NTR8. Note that BTM or any other travel agent is not affiliated with our conference. Please do not provide them your credit card details. If you wish to make reservation, contact the hotel directly by using information provided in our conference webpage here.
